Dash & Underfelt installed

Another productive weekend...

Installed the air-ducting into the dash and installed it in the car. All of the underfelt has now been laid.

We also finished the front parking lights / indicators and tested. All lights working properly now. WOOT!

Dad fixed the studs on the bonnet vents with stacks of araldite. This week - check on dechroming bumpers. Decided to get rid of the over-riders and weld over all extra bolt holes.

Next weekend (time permitting) :-

• Glue in vinyl panels around rear wheel arch / strut towers
• Install plastic finishing panels (cut speaker holes, remove qtr glass seals, etc)
• Install carpet panels (assess what needs to be created by upholsterer)
• Cut out masonite panels for roof finishers (interior light / rear-vision mirror)
• Glue in remaining rubber seals (hatch surround & bonnet lip)
• Install fuel-pump relay
• Re-assess door mirrors situation (difficult bolts)
